Develop training materials.

Objectives:

3.01 Well researched, up-to-date resource materials are an essential part of a comprehensive education program. The primary Training Center publications are reviewed annually and updated biennially after each legislative session to ensure accuracy.

3.02 New materials are developed by the Training Center on a continuing basis, both proactively and in response to specific demand.

3.03 An Internet web page will permit rapid exchange of information among faculty and clientele. Development of resource materials, access to a broader base of research databases, and similar efforts to support faculty will be utilized.

3.04 Publication of a quarterly newsletter provides a conduit for disseminating current information as cases are decided on appeal, the Attorney General issues formal opinions, and other legal developments.
