  • There are no classes on Sunday, July 10th. Attendees may register from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. or they may register on Monday, July 11th from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

  • *COVID UPDATE*

    We are still holding programs but will be taking extra precautions including:

    Flexible Cancellation Policies
    If you are immunocompromised or feel uncomfortable attending, we will offer you a free cancellation.  Additionally, if you feel ill or have been exposed to the virus, please do not attend. We will offer you a full refund.

    Encouraging Masks
    TJCTC will be encouraging, but not requiring, masks. Please note: if someone does not want to wear a mask, TJCTC is not allowed to require masks at programs. 

    CDC Guidelines
    If you have been exposed or have had COVID recently, please follow the CDC guidelines concerning isolation. 

    These guidelines state that if you are not up-to-date on vaccinations and have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19, please isolate for 5 days and do not attend the program.

    If you have tested positive or have symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, please isolate and avoid travel for 10 days. Please do not attend the  program until your isolation time ends on the 11th day.

  • This program will be held at the Overton Hotel located at 2322 Mac Davis Lane in Lubbock, TX 79401.

    Self-parking is free and available at the hotel. Valet parking is available for an additional charge. 

    Hotel check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. 

  • TJCTC encourages you to attend the full event. 

    Please keep in mind: If you leave early during the Magistration Workshop, you will not complete your SB6 new magistration requirements and will have to retake the entire course.
