  • Remember that the in-person programming adds up to 76 hours. In order to complete your 80 hour requirement, you must also complete the self-paced modules listed below. 

  • Agenda for Stage II

    • Optional registration from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. (You can also register on Monday morning) 

      Because attendees will be printing their own handouts, all you'll need to do is show up and sign in. 

       

    • Registration and breakfast from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
      Grab breakfast in the atrium and come to registration to sign-in.

  • Program Information

    • Stage II will be located at the same hotel as Stage I: Embassy Suites San Marcos

      Address: 1001 E. McCarty Lane, San Marcos, TX 78666

      Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

    • Have you registered? For Stage III, register by logging into your TJCTC account and signing up. If you are having issues, please contact April at adw167@txstate.edu or 512.347.9927.

      • TJCTC will book your hotel room. The voluntary cost is $55/night for a total of $165, payable to Texas State University. (This program is only 3 nights). 
      • Also, when checking-in, hotels require that you put a credit card down for incidental charges. We recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card as it may put a hold on your debit card and encumber funds.
      • You will pay this cost directly to TJCTC and TJCTC will book your hotel room. Do not call the hotel directly. TJCTC makes all reservations so we can guarantee the best rate.
      • If you would like to stay additional days, contact Loc at loc.le@txstate.edu. Extra days will be at the attendee’s expense and availability is not guaranteed.

    • For this program, you will download and print your own handouts. Handouts will be available one week before the program. 

    • The hotel will provide a hot breakfast each day in the hotel lobby during each full day of course . TJCTC will provide a lunch in the program spaces, as well as breaks each day. TJCTC meals are for participants only. Additional guests can attend the Embassy Suites breakfast.

    • There is no formal dress code, but most attendees wear business casual. 

      Please remember: It can be difficult to get large meeting rooms at the right temp. They tend to be cold so bring a sweater!
