The Training Center

The Texas Justice Court Training Center is an educational endeavor of the Justices of the Peace & Constables Association (JPCA).

We strive to provide excellent continuing education to justices of the peace, constables, deputy constables, and justice court staff. Together with the JPCA Board of Directors and Education Committees, we develop curriculum and plan education statewide.

We are affiliated with Texas State University and funded by grants from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and the Texas Department of Transportation.
