TJCTC will be hosting a Webinar Week starting on October 13th. These webinars will feature some of our highly rated Justice of the Peace courses from our FY26 conference schedule. Dates, times, and descriptions can be found in the table below.

| October 14th, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. | Commercial Vehicle Scenarios | These scenarios will feature common issues related to commercial motor vehicles and commercial drivers license holders. Topics include: weight-based offenses, load zoned roads and bridges, calculation and distribution of fines, eligibility for deferred disposition and compliance dismissals, and masking. | Registration |

| October 15th, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. | Magistration - Warrants | This module provides detailed information and scenarios regarding useful resources, determining probable cause, magistrating people arrested on warrants, and issuing warrants. Live webinars are intended for employees of Texas justice courts and constable offices. To receive credit, participants must:
- Register using their own name and email address
- Attend the webinar in its entirety
If you attend as part of a group or under another person's registration, you may still receive credit by submitting a Webinar Certification Form.
Attendance Policy
To ensure webinars remain focused on the audience they are designed to serve, attendance is limited to justice court and constable office personnel. Registrations from individuals outside those offices may be canceled.
If you are unable to attend a live webinar, recordings of most programs are posted afterward and may be viewed on demand.
Artificial Intelligence Policy
To protect participant privacy and encourage open discussion, artificial intelligence meeting bots and automated note-taking applications are not permitted in TJCTC webinars. Webinar content is intended only for registered participants and may not be captured, recorded, or distributed through AI software.
