Monday, May 20th

Breakfast served at the Embassy Suites from 6:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Travel to Freeman Ranch on your own 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.
Program begins at 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Lunch will be served at Freeman Ranch

Tuesday, May 21st

Breakfast served at the Embassy Suites from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
Travel to Freeman Ranch on your own 7:30 - 8:00 a.m.
Program begins at 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Field Activity

Please note: On Tuesday, May 21st, there will be a field activity that will require walking and will be in the sun. If there is lightning or heavy rain, the field activity will be canceled. However, if there is a light rain, be prepared to continue. Please bring water and a hat. Freeman Ranch will have additional bottles of water for everyone as well. If you feel like you cannot do the field activity, that is fine. You can leave early – just let Laura Villarreal know on-site.
