New Judge Stage I & II Conference Registration-
Registration for New Judge Stage I & II is now open. If you have won your primary but won't take office until January 1st, your first program will be in December.
If you are running unopposed and have won your primary, you may complete the registration or wait until after the election, but please email our office tjctcoffice@txstate.edu to notify us if you have been appointed.

Civil Process Registration
*In an effort to ensure that elected constables are able to receive their civil process training from TJCTC within their 4-year cycle, the Civil Process Education Committee has created a 4-part registration system.
Round 1 (elected constables who did not attend in FY26): 10/14/2026
Round 2 (all elected constables): 10/28/2026
Round 3 (deputies who did not attend in FY26): 11/10/2026
Round 4 (all constables, deputies, and constable clerks): 11/17/2026
