General Information
We look forward to seeing you in San Marcos, August 18-10, 2026. Please read below for hotel information, the conference agenda, and handouts.
Hotel Information
The conference will take place at the Embassy Suites San Marcos, located at 1001 E. McCarty Ln, San Marcos, TX 78666. TJCTC will cover surface parking; valet parking will be on your own.
When you arrive to check in, the hotel will require you to put a debit or credit card down for incidentals. After you check out, you will receive a refund for any remaining balance after incidental charges are totaled (if you charge nothing to your room, you will receive a full refund). If you use a debit card, the incidental deposit will be charged to your card immediately, refunds may take a few days depending on your bank. If you use a credit card it will just put a hold on your account until check out. We recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card.
Conference Agenda and Handouts
Click on the title of the course you are taking to view and download the handouts. There will not be extra printed handouts at the conference.

Registration
TJCTC staff and Education Committee members will be in the conference foyer to check you in for the conference.
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. All guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated as guestrooms become available. Luggage storage can be arranged for those checking in before rooms are available at the front desk.

Thursday, August 20th
Classes end after the check-out time. Please make sure you are checked out of your room before 11 am. The hotel can store your luggage until we dismiss for the day.
