  • Sunday, February 8th

    • Registration will take place in the prefunction area near the meeting space. You can register on Sunday or Monday morning. We will provide you with a binder of your handouts at registration.

    • You can check-in to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. If you check-in earlier, the hotel can store your luggage until your room is ready.

Please note: When you arrive to check in, the hotel will require you to put a debit or credit card down for incidentals. After you check out, you will receive a refund for any remaining balance after incidental charges are totaled (if you charge nothing to your room, you will receive a full refund). If you use a debit card, the incidental deposit will be charged to your card immediately, refunds may take a few days depending on your bank.
