General Information
We look forward to seeing you in Bee Cave on February 8 - 12, 2026. Read below for a detailed conference agenda and scroll to the bottom for FAQs.
Hotel Information
The conference will take place at the Sonesta Bee Cave, located at 12525 Bee Cave Parkway, Bee Cave, TX 78738. TJCTC will pay for parking for overnight and daily guests. Parking is in the garage below the hotel.

Sunday, February 8th
-
3:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Registration
Registration will take place in the prefunction area near the meeting space. You can register on Sunday or Monday morning. We will provide you with a binder of your handouts at registration.

4:00 p.m. - Hotel check-in
You can check-in to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. If you check-in earlier, the hotel can store your luggage until your room is ready.
Please note: When you arrive to check in, the hotel will require you to put a debit or credit card down for incidentals. After you check out, you will receive a refund for any remaining balance after incidental charges are totaled (if you charge nothing to your room, you will receive a full refund). If you use a debit card, the incidental deposit will be charged to your card immediately, refunds may take a few days depending on your bank. If you use a credit card it will just put a hold on your account until check out. We recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card.

Monday, February 9th

7:00 - 8:00 a.m. - Registration and breakfast
A hot breakfast will be served in the meeting space beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Registration will also be available for people who have not registered yet.

8:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Conference sessions
Courses today:
- Judge as CEO with Hon. Brad Cummings, Hopkins County
- Introduction to Residential Evictions with TJCTC Staff Attorney
- Manufactured Home & Commercial Evictions with TJCTC Staff Attorney
Classes will break every 45 minutes for 15 minutes.

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
A lunch buffet will be served in the meeting space for registered conference attendees.

5:00 p.m. - Free time
Attendees are on their own each evening. No meal is provided. The hotel has a restaurant and is within walking distance to the Hill Country Galleria with many restaurant options.

Classes will break every 45 minutes for 15 minutes.

What should I wear?
While there is no official dress code, we encourage folks to wear business casual. Also, please note: meeting rooms can be cold, so a light sweater is a good idea.

What should I bring?
We will provide pens and handouts. You can bring a notepad if you'd like to take notes.

Can a guest come with me?
Yes! Guests are welcome to stay at the hotel with you. However, all meals are for conference participants only.

Will handouts be provided?
Yes, we will print and provide your handouts for every class in a large binder that you will receive at registration.
