Registration for New Judge Stage I

Exterior of the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center

New Judge Stage I will take place on December 14 - 18, 2026 in San Marcos at the Embassy Suites.

December 14th is a travel day. Classes start at 8:00 a.m. on December 15th and the conference ends at noon on Friday, December 18th.

New Judge Stage I

There is no registration fee for Stage I. Registration fees are due at Stage III.

Lodging *

If you will need a hotel room during the conference, please select one of the following options:

I will need my own hotel room.

Your lodging cost will be $100 per night ($400 total). An invoice will be sent to you. You are welcome to have family or friends stay in your room.

I would like to share a room with another conference attendee at no cost.

Select this option only if you plan to room with another judge attending the conference. Do not select this option if you are sharing a room with a spouse, family member, or other guest.

I do not need a room.

Registration for New Judge Stage II

New Judge Stage II will take place on January 11 - 15, 2027 in San Marcos at the Embassy Suites.

Monday, January 11th is a travel day. Classes start at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12th and the conference ends at noon on Friday, January 15th.

New Judge Stage II

There is no registration fee for Stage II. Registration fees are due at Stage III.
