Thank you for submitting your webinar credit form and evaluation. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for webinar hours to show up on your transcript due to an increase in submissions. If you resubmit the same certification form multiple times, it may cause the process to take longer. 

Do I need to submit a form for every webinar I watch? 

Yes, please submit a separate form for each webinar. 

If I submitted a pdf form for a webinar I watched in the past, do I need to resubmit that webinar using this form? 

No, we only need new submissions.
