We look forward to seeing you in Waco on August 3 - 5, 2025.

Hotel Information

The conference will take place at the Hilton Waco, located at 113 S. University Park Drive. Self-parking is free.

When you arrive to check-in, the hotel will require you to put a credit card down for incidentals. This will place a hold on your credit card that will be reimbursed if you do not use any incidentals. We recommend using a credit card, instead of a debit card.

Hotel check-in at 4:00 pm

Monday, August 4th

8:00 am - 9:00 am - Registration at Baylor Law School Lobby.

8:00 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast in the Reading Room.

9:00 am - 4:00 pm - Classes in the Kronzer Appellate Court RM #127 with a lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the library's first floor reading room.

Dinner is not provided.

Tuesday, August 5th

Hotel Departure Day - Hotel check-out at 11:00 am

7:00 am - 8:00 am - Breakfast in the Reading Room.

8:00 am - 12:00 pm - Classes in the Kronzer Appellate Court RM #127.

Lunch is not provided on this day.
