In-Person New Court Personnel Handouts

General Information 

We look forward to seeing you in Bee Cave, August 11-13, 2025. Please read below for hotel information, the conference agenda, and handouts. 

Hotel Information 

There are no more rooms available in our room block for the night before the conference for those who did not already request and receive confirmation of one. You will need to make those arrangements on your own.

The conference will take place at the Sonesta Bee Cave, located at 12525 Bee Cave Pkwy, Bee Cave, TX 78738. Parking in the hotel garage is complimentary.

When you arrive to check in, the hotel will require you to put a debit or credit card down for incidentals. After you check out, you will receive a refund for any remaining balance after incidental charges are totaled (if you charge nothing to your room, you will receive a full refund). If you use a debit card, the incidental deposit will be charged to your card immediately, refunds may take a few days depending on your bank. If you use a credit card it will just put a hold on your account until check out. We recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card. 

Conference Agenda and Handouts

Click on the title of the course you are taking to view and download the handouts. There will not be extra printed handouts at the conference.

Classes end after the check-out time. Please make sure you are checked out of your room before 11 am. The hotel can store your luggage until we dismiss for the day.
