Rural Clerk Workshop in Fredericksburg

General Information 

We look forward to seeing you in Fredericksburg on June 10 - 12, 2025. 

Hotel Information 

The conference will take place at the Fredericksburg Inn and Suites, located at 201 South Washington Street, Fredericksburg, TX. Self-parking is free. 

When you arrive to check-in, the hotel will require you to put a credit card down for incidentals. This will place a hold on your credit card that will be reimbursed if you do not use any incidentals. We recommend using a credit card, instead of a debit card.

Please note: This workshop has a different timeframe and agenda from an Experienced 16-hour Court Personnel program. Read below for details. 

Tuesday, June 10th 

Hotel Arrival Day - no classes or meals provided on this day.

Hotel check-in at 3:00 pm

Wednesday, June 11th

6:00 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast in the hotel lobby (hot options available).

8:00 am - 9:00 am - Registration in the Barons Creek Conference Center.

9:00 am - 4:00 pm - Classes in the Barons Creek Conference Center with a lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the Cypress.

Dinner is not provided.

Thursday, June 12th

Hotel Departure Day - Hotel check-out at 11:00 am

6:00 am - 8:00 am - Breakfast in the hotel lobby (hot options available).

8:00 am - 12:00 pm - Classes in the Barons Creek Conference Center.

Lunch is not provided on this day.
