Registration Fees
Registration fees are not due until March.

Lodging Fees
Lodging fees are due before the conference. However, if you are attending Stage I and your county cannot pay your lodging fee until you officially take office in January, that is perfectly acceptable. Please email Francisco at fjp12@txstate.edu so we can note your account and expect payment after you take office.

Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed. The email will confirm your registration and include instructions for submitting any required payments.
