The FY2023 academic year programs begin in late November.
We will be holding programs for new judges, returning justices of the peace, and justice court personnel.

What TJCTC programs can vendors attend?
Vendors are welcome at four types of seminars that serve different clients.
Justice of the Peace Seminars - Many programs held around the state beginning in late November.
Justice of the Peace New Judge Seminars - 3 programs held throughout the year in San Marcos. We expect around 175 new judges this year!
Court Personnel Seminars - Several programs held around the state beginning in February 2023.
Civil Process 20-Hour Seminars - Several programs held around the state beginning in February 2023.

How can I sign up to be a vendor?
Fill out the Vendor Application Form
The cost is $600 per event, payable in check or money order. Make the check payable to Texas State University. You may bring the check to the event or mail it to our address: TJCTC, 1701 Directors Blvd. Suite 530, Austin, TX 78744.
Feel free to pay for multiple events at once. For questions about payment, email Sonya at sr41@txstate.edu.

Can I access the roster for the program?
TJCTC provides a link to class rosters of confirmed students for each program after registration.
*Please note: Registration opens in September and it will take several weeks for participants to be confirmed. The roster will be most accurate a few weeks before the program you are attending.
