The programs that vendors attend have been canceled due to coronavirus for the rest of the 2020 academic year. Check back in August for updates on our 2021 programs.

Vendors are welcome at four types of seminars that serve different clients.
Justice of the Peace 20-Hour Seminars - 5 seminars are held throughout the year.
Justice of the Peace New Judge Seminars - Broken up into 3 stages, the new judge seminars allow newly elected or appointed judges the opportunity to receive 80 hours of education.
Court Personnel 16-Hour Seminars - 6 Court Personnel seminars held around the state.
Civil Process 20-Hour Seminars - Serve Constables, Deputy Constables, and Constable clerks on civil process issues. 4 seminars are held around the state.

The cost is $600 per event, payable in check or money order. Make the check payable to Texas State University. You may bring the check to the event or mail it to our address: TJCTC, 1701 Directors Blvd. Suite 530, Austin, TX 78744.

At each of our seminars, the classes break every 45 minutes for a 15 minute coffee break providing ample time for vendors to network.
After the Judges register for seminars in September, TJCTC provides rosters to vendors so you can know who will be in attendance before you go.
If there are extra rooms in the TJCTC rooming block, the program administrators will be happy to add you to the block so you can secure the room block rate and be guaranteed a room.
If you are interested in being added to a seminar room block if there is availability, contact each program's administrator.Tables will be set up by 3:00 p.m. on the travel & registration day for JP's and Constables and by 10:00 a.m. on Day 1 for Court Personnel. Tables are first-come, first-served so be sure and arrive early to get the best seat!
TJCTC provides a link to class rosters of confirmed students for each program after registration. Class rosters will not be available until November because registration takes place in October.
*Please keep in mind that the roster only lists confirmed attendees who have already paid. Attendees who have not paid at the time you check the roster will not show up.
